In contrast to purely creative (think nonfiction works) or technical writing (e.g. a printer’s how-to manual), copywriting aims to elicit some sort of sales or marketing action from the reader whether it be a button click, product purchase, email entry, download, etc.

On average, most requests are completed in one to two business days however, more complex requests can take longer. We'll make sure to always keep you in the loop on the estimated time your requested task will take to be completed.

After you complete your sign up process, you will be sent to our onboarding questionnaire that will ask for your general business information, your first task, and scheduling your onboarding call.

After we received your submission, we will set up your account in our project management tool (ClickUp) and prepare your task for the next shift. Even before your onboarding call.

Once your dashboard is set up, we will create a unique form link for your task requests, so they land immediately in your dashboard for your project manager to pick up.
